• Birth details — name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, used solely to generate your astrological report.
• Contact information — email address and optional WhatsApp number, used to deliver your report and send service notifications.
• Account information — if you register, your email and encrypted password are stored securely.
• Payment information — we do not store card or UPI details. Payments are processed by Razorpay / Stripe; we only retain a payment reference ID and order amount.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics (page views, tool usage) collected via Google Analytics to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and generate your personalised astrology report.
• To deliver your report via email and/or WhatsApp.
• To send order confirmations and delivery notifications.
• To respond to support queries.
• To improve our tools, calculations, and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We retain your order and report data for up to 2 years for customer support and re-delivery purposes.
