Summary

All report purchases are non-refundable once generated and delivered, except where a factual error is identified in the report content. Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of report delivery.

1. General Policy

Due to the personalised, digital nature of our astrology reports, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with predictions, interpretations, or outcomes. Each report is generated uniquely for your birth data and cannot be resold or reused.

2. Eligible Refund — Report Error

A refund or free re-generation will be issued only if you identify and report a factual calculation error in your delivered report. Eligible errors include:

  • Incorrect Lagna (Ascendant) sign calculated from your provided birth details.
  • Wrong Moon nakshatra or Dasha period starting date.
  • Report generated for entirely different birth data than submitted.
  • Critical section missing or blank in the delivered PDF.

Interpretive differences — such as different schools of Jyotish, disputed house systems, or alternate ayanamsa values — do not constitute an error and are not eligible for refund.

3. 7-Day Claim Window

All refund or correction requests must be submitted within 7 days of report delivery. Claims raised after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained, regardless of reason.

4. How to Raise a Claim

To raise a refund or correction claim within the 7-day window:

  1. Email support@katriniastro.com with the subject line "Report Error — [Your Order ID]".
  2. Include your full name, order ID, and a clear description of the specific error found in the report.
  3. Attach screenshots or page references highlighting the discrepancy.

We will review and respond within 3 business days. If the error is confirmed, we will either regenerate the corrected report at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Delivery

If your report has not been delivered within 48 hours of a successful payment, please contact us immediately. We will either deliver the report promptly or issue a full refund. Non-delivery claims are accepted at any time after the 48-hour window.

6. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us may result in your account being suspended. We encourage you to resolve issues directly through our support channel first — we are committed to fair resolution.
